What Is BQH? How Online Beyond Quantum Healing Sessions Work

If you feel drawn to subconscious exploration but cannot attend an in-person QHHT session in Brisbane, Beyond Quantum Healing — usually known as BQH — offers another way to experience this work.

BQH sessions can be facilitated online, allowing you to participate from your own home wherever you are in the world.

For some people, that immediately raises questions.

Can hypnosis really work online?

Will I be able to relax?

What happens if the internet disconnects?

Is somebody actually able to guide me properly if they are not physically in the room?

And is BQH simply online QHHT?

The short answer to that last question is no.

BQH and QHHT share similarities, but they are distinct approaches.

Understanding what BQH is — and how an online session actually works — can help you decide whether it feels right for you.

What is BQH?

Beyond Quantum Healing was developed by Candace Craw-Goldman, who trained with Dolores Cannon before developing a more flexible approach to consciousness exploration.

Like QHHT, BQH may involve:

• Guided relaxation

• Subconscious exploration

• Symbolic or past-life imagery

• Higher awareness or Higher Self exploration

• Questions prepared by the client

• Reflection and integration

However, BQH is intentionally flexible.

Rather than following one fixed session structure, the practitioner can adapt the approach to the individual.

At Quantum Level, BQH is offered as a private one-to-one online session.

How can BQH work online?

The physical location is different, but the fundamental process of guided relaxation remains possible through an online connection.

You listen to the practitioner’s voice through your device while resting comfortably in your own space.

You do not need the practitioner to physically touch you or be in the same room for guided relaxation and conversation to take place.

For some people, being at home can actually make relaxing easier.

You already know the room.

You can choose your lighting.

You can arrange pillows or blankets exactly as you like.

And once the session is complete, you do not have to immediately drive or travel anywhere.

What happens before the hypnosis?

Like an in-person session, BQH begins with conversation.

This gives us time to discuss what has brought you to the session, what you would like to explore and the questions you have prepared.

Your questions may relate to:

• Life purpose

• Relationships

• Recurring patterns

• Personal growth

• Significant transitions

• Past experiences

• Emotional themes

• Spiritual curiosity

• Wellbeing

• Decisions or direction

There is no need to arrive with perfectly worded questions.

The conversation before the guided portion of the session gives us time to clarify what feels most important.

What happens during the guided session?

Once you are comfortable, you are guided into a relaxed, inwardly focused state.

Everyone experiences this differently.

You may notice imagery.

You may experience memories or emotions.

You may become aware of physical sensations.

You may experience what feels like a past-life scene.

Or you may simply receive thoughts, impressions or a quiet sense of knowing.

There is no requirement to see anything visually.

And there is no particular experience you need to produce.

The session unfolds from what you experience rather than from what you think should happen.

Are you unconscious during BQH?

No.

Online BQH does not require you to become unconscious or lose control.

You remain able to hear the practitioner’s voice and communicate throughout the session.

Some people remember almost everything.

Others find parts of the experience become hazier afterwards.

The important point is that you retain your agency.

You are participating in the process, not surrendering control to somebody else.

What equipment do you need?

You do not need complicated equipment.

Before your session, you will need:

• A reliable internet connection

• A computer or suitable device

• Headphones or earbuds if recommended

• A quiet, private room

• Somewhere comfortable to recline

• Enough uninterrupted time for the session

Your phone should be silenced and unnecessary notifications switched off.

If you live with other people, arranging uninterrupted privacy is particularly important.

The aim is to create an environment where you do not have to remain alert to what is happening elsewhere in the house.

What happens if the internet connection drops?

This is an understandable concern with online work.

Before beginning, there should be a clear plan for what happens if the connection is interrupted.

Because you remain able to hear, think and respond during the process, a temporary technical interruption does not mean you become “stuck” in hypnosis.

If the connection drops, you can naturally return your attention to the room and reconnect according to the agreed plan.

Knowing this beforehand can make it easier to relax without worrying about the technology.

Is online BQH as deep as an in-person session?

There is no reliable way to promise how “deep” any individual session will feel.

Depth varies from person to person and from session to session.

An online session is not automatically less meaningful because the practitioner is in another location.

For some people, home provides the environment in which they feel safest and most relaxed.

For others, physically leaving home and attending an in-person QHHT session creates a clearer separation from everyday life.

Neither preference is wrong.

The environment that allows you to feel comfortable is what matters.

BQH versus QHHT

BQH and QHHT overlap in some of the territory they explore, but they are not interchangeable.

QHHT follows the structured methodology developed by Dolores Cannon and at Quantum Level is offered in person in Brisbane.

BQH was developed by Candace Craw-Goldman as a more flexible approach and at Quantum Level is offered online worldwide.

You may prefer QHHT if you:

• Want an in-person experience

• Feel particularly drawn to Dolores Cannon’s methodology

• Prefer a defined session structure

• Can travel to Brisbane

• Want a longer immersive experience

You may prefer BQH if you:

• Want to participate online

• Live outside Brisbane or Australia

• Relax most easily at home

• Prefer a flexible session structure

• Want the session to adapt more freely to you

Neither approach is inherently better.

They simply provide different ways into subconscious exploration.

Can BQH include past-life exploration?

It may.

Some people experience scenes they interpret as past lives.

Others experience symbolic imagery, current-life memories, emotions, sensations or other forms of subconscious material.

Past-life imagery is not a requirement for a meaningful BQH session.

You also do not need to believe in reincarnation before participating.

You are free to interpret your experience in the way that makes sense to you.

What is the Higher Self in BQH?

People use different language for the deeper awareness they may access during this type of work.

Some call it the Higher Self.

Others think of it as subconscious intelligence, intuition or deeper inner knowing.

You do not need to adopt a particular spiritual explanation.

The intention is simply to move beyond habitual analytical thinking and create space for another level of reflection.

What happens after an online BQH session?

Once the guided portion of the session is complete, you are gently brought back to ordinary waking awareness.

There is time to reconnect and briefly discuss the experience.

You may feel clear and energised.

You may feel quiet and reflective.

Or you may simply feel like yourself.

Insights can continue to develop after the session.

Something that seemed confusing during the experience may make more sense a few days later.

You may notice a pattern differently.

A decision may feel clearer.

Or you may simply find yourself thinking about an aspect of the session from a new perspective.

Integration does not need to be forced.

Is BQH right for you?

BQH may be worth exploring if you are curious about subconscious work but want the flexibility of an online session.

It can be particularly useful if geography makes attending QHHT in Brisbane impractical or if your own home is where you feel most comfortable relaxing deeply.

You do not need to be highly spiritual.

You do not need hypnosis experience.

And you do not need to know exactly what you expect to discover.

Curiosity is enough.
